• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. • Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service total. • A deposit is only required for Ombre Powder Brow appointments. This deposit secures your booking and is non-refundable. ***To ensure the best results, we recommend the following guidelines prior to your brow appointment*** •Avoid using exfoliants, retinoids, or AHAs for 7-10 days prior to your appointment to prevent irritation. •Do not tweeze or trim your brows at least 2-4 weeks prior to your appointment to allow us to work with the natural shape and fullness of your brows. **Permanent Makeup Eligibility Requirements** For health and safety reasons, you cannot receive permanent makeup services if you: •Are currently pregnant or breastfeeding •Are taking steroids or blood-thinning medications •Have diabetes (unless approved and monitored by a physician) •Have had Botox in or around the treatment area within the past 2 weeks •Have recently experienced chemical peels, sunburns, or waxing on or near the treatment area Please ensure all conditions are met prior to booking.
