Hi there! I’m Dezarae, proud owner of Reveuse Beauty. I’ve been a Licensed Esthetician and Cosmetic Tattoo Artist for 2 years, but my love for the beauty industry goes back much further. Specializing in all things brows, I have turned my passion into a profession, dedicated to making women feel confident, beautiful and empowered. From a young age, I’ve always had a fascination with the beauty industry. The ability to transform someone’s look and bring out their inner glow has been my greatest motivation. Over the years, I have honed my craft to offer exceptional services that not only enhance your appearance but also elevate how you feel. CANCELLATION POLICY
At Reveuse Beauty, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally arise, making it necessary to cancel or reschedule an appointment. To ensure that we can continue providing the best possible service to all of our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy: 1. 24 Hour Notice Requirement: A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for availability. 2. Late Cancellations: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, you will be charged 50% of the service fee. This fee will be charged to the card on file. 3. No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, you will be considered a no show and charged the full service fee. 4. All Sales Are Final: Please note that all services and product sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. 5. Agreement to Terms: By continuing with your booking, you acknowledge and agree to comply with this cancellation policy. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy, which helps us maintain the highest level of service for all of our clients. Thank you for choosing Reveuse Beauty! ***A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your Ombré Powder Brow appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service. The deposit is non-refundable but one-time transferable. If you need to reschedule, the deposit can be applied to a future appointment, as long as it’s rescheduled within 48 hours of appointment time. Cancellations or no shows will result in the loss of the deposit. ***To ensure the best results, we recommend the following guidelines prior to your brow appointment: 1. Avoid using exfoliants, retinoids, or AHAs for 4-5 days prior to your appointment to prevent irritation. 2. Do not tweeze or trim your brows at least 2-4 weeks prior to your appointment to allow us to work with the natural shape and fullness of your brows.
